Books

Refunds or exchanges for change of mind are not offered except where required by applicable consumer law.
The statutory right to cancel does not normally apply to books personalised or produced to the customer’s specification.
Where a statutory cancellation right applies to a standard, non-personalised book, please contact us within the applicable cancellation period. Return instructions will be provided directly.

We may make any deduction permitted by law where a returned book has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and condition.

If a book arrives damaged, defective, incorrectly supplied or materially different from its description, contact us with your order number and details of the problem. We will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights.

Premium Digital Access

Premium is a non-recurring digital-access product supplied for the six- or twelve-month period stated at checkout.

Access begins immediately after payment. Where legally permitted, customers expressly request immediate supply and acknowledge that beginning access may affect their right to cancel.

Once access has begun, refunds for change of mind are not normally available. This does not affect statutory rights where the service is faulty, materially misdescribed or not supplied as agreed.

Copyright and Permitted Use

All book content, maps, databases and Premium materials remain protected by copyright and other intellectual-property rights.

Purchase grants access for the customer’s personal use only. It does not grant permission to reproduce, scan, systematically extract, republish, distribute or commercially exploit the content.

Suspected infringement may be investigated and appropriate enforcement action taken.
