Damaged or Defective Items
- If your book arrives damaged in transit or is defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- We will replace the item at no additional cost once the damage is confirmed.
- Where applicable, we will claim against the shipping insurance to cover the replacement.
Change of Mind
- As this is a self‑published book from a small independent business, we do not offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind after purchase.
