Free UK delivery

Standard UK delivery is free on all books and Gift Sets.

Unsigned books

Unsigned copies that have not been otherwise personalised are printed and dispatched directly by my printing partner, with free standard delivery to eligible destinations.

The delivery options available for your address are shown at checkout. Printer-direct orders do not necessarily come from a printer in your own country.

Signed books, wine-stained editions and Gift Sets

These are prepared and dispatched from the UK.

Standard UK delivery is free. For international orders, the available delivery options and charges are shown at checkout before you pay.

Ordering different items together

If your order includes a printer-direct book alongside a signed edition or Gift Set, they may arrive in separate parcels.

Free delivery on one item does not remove any international delivery charge that applies to another item in your basket.

Posters

Available delivery options and any charges for posters are shown at checkout before you pay. Posters may arrive separately from other items in your order.

If you’re ordering for a particular date, please email me beforehand so I can advise.

Digital access and memberships

Premium Access and memberships are provided online, so there’s no physical delivery or shipping charge.

The relevant product or registration page explains what’s included, how long your access lasts and how to get started. If you have any trouble accessing your content, please email me and I’ll help.

Delivery times

Delivery times depend on your chosen edition and destination. If you need your order for a particular date, please email me before ordering so I can advise.

Unless we agree otherwise, orders will be delivered within 30 days of acceptance. If there’s a delay or your parcel seems overdue, please get in touch.

International orders

Please enter your delivery address at checkout to see the available shipping options. If no option appears, email me and I’ll see whether I can help.

International orders may be subject to local import taxes, duties or carrier clearance charges where these are not included at checkout. Free shipping does not necessarily include these charges.

If your order hasn’t arrived, something is damaged or anything isn’t quite right, please email me with your order number. Wine Fogg is a small, independent business, and I’ll do my best to help.

Even when your book comes directly from my printing partner, Wine Fogg remains responsible for your purchase.
