Oltretorrente were founded in 2010 by Michele Conoscente and his wife Chiara Penati who studied agriculture in Milan
Organic since the beginning, they became certified in 2012, and use biodynamic practices in some vineyards.
In 2012 they grafted Timorasso on 1/2Ha of vines planted in 2002, planting 2Ha of their own Timorasso in 2015 and further vines in 2020
They are dedicated to the natural fertility of the soil, limiting the use of copper metal below the limit permitted by the organic certification
Oltretorrente produce one Timorasso, distinguishable by the yellow label and image of a badger
